Getting Started
How do I set up Zevro?
Go to /onboard, enter your company name and account details. Setup takes about 2 minutes. After creating your account, you'll be taken to the Admin panel to add your projects and set up your team.
Do I need a Procore account?
No — Procore is optional. Zevro works as a standalone field logging tool with dashboards and exports. If you connect Procore, your logs will automatically sync to the right place in real time.
Voice Logging
How does voice logging work?
Say "Hey Siri, Zevro Log" — speak your update naturally, and Zevro logs it instantly. No app to open, no screen to tap. Works from anywhere on site.
How do I get set up for voice logging?
Go to /shortcut-setup after logging in and follow the steps. The whole process takes about 2 minutes on an iPhone.
What can I say?
Speak naturally. Zevro understands plain English. Examples:
- "14 ironworkers 9 hours placing deck on level 3"
- "Concrete delivered this morning from Allied"
- "Safety hazard near the stairwell, no guardrail on east side"
- "Forklift broke down at 10am waiting on mechanic"
- "Heavy rain all morning, sent crew home at noon"
- "How many workers were on site today?"
- "Any safety flags this week?"
How does Zevro know who is logging?
Each team member is set up individually in Zevro so every update is associated with the right person automatically. Your admin handles this from the Admin panel — team members only need to set it up once.
Procore Integration
How does Procore sync work?
Connect Procore from the Admin panel and Zevro takes care of the rest. Every update syncs automatically to Procore — no manual entry required.
What types of field updates does Zevro support?
Zevro covers the full range of daily field activity — crew counts, deliveries, weather, equipment, safety, and more. Speak your update and Zevro handles formatting and syncing automatically.
Can I disconnect Procore?
Yes — go to Admin → Company Settings → Disconnect Procore. Your logs will continue saving in Zevro.
Team Management
How do I add my foremen?
Go to Admin → Team and set up each team member. They'll be ready to log from the field in minutes.
Can a foreman log for multiple projects?
Yes. Mention the project in your voice update and Zevro keeps each update associated with the right project. You can also set a default project per person from the Admin panel.
Account & Security
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access credentials are secured and can be reset at any time. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
Go to /forgot-password and enter your email. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes.
How do I contact support?
