Getting Started
How do I set up Zevro?
Go to /onboard, enter your company name and account details. Setup takes about 2 minutes. After creating your account, you'll be taken to the Admin panel to add projects and generate shortcut codes for your team.
Do I need a Procore account?
No — Procore is optional. Zevro works as a standalone field logging tool with dashboards and exports. If you connect Procore, your logs will automatically sync to the Daily Log in real time.
The Siri Shortcut
What is the Siri Shortcut?
The Siri Shortcut lets foremen and superintendents log from the field hands-free. Say "Hey Siri, Zevro Log" — Siri will record your voice, Zevro will parse it, and the log is saved instantly. No app to open, no screen to tap.
How do I install the shortcut?
Go to /shortcut-setup after logging in. Copy your personal token, tap Install Shortcut, and paste the token when prompted. The whole process takes about 2 minutes on an iPhone.
What can I say to Siri?
Speak naturally. Zevro understands plain English. Examples:
- "14 ironworkers 9 hours placing deck on level 3"
- "Concrete delivered this morning from Allied"
- "Safety hazard near the stairwell, no guardrail on east side"
- "Forklift broke down at 10am waiting on mechanic"
- "Heavy rain all morning, sent crew home at noon"
- "How many workers were on site today?"
- "Any safety flags this week?"
My shortcut code — what is it?
Each foreman gets a unique shortcut code (e.g. SUP1, 4829) that identifies who is logging. It ties every log to a specific person and role. Your admin generates these from the Admin panel. You only need to enter it once during shortcut setup.
Procore Integration
How does Procore sync work?
When you connect Procore from the Admin panel, Zevro syncs your projects and users. From that point, every voice log you submit writes directly to Procore's Daily Log in real time — manpower, deliveries, weather, equipment, safety, and more all go to the correct sections.
Which Procore record types does Zevro support?
Manpower, Deliveries, Weather, Equipment, Safety, Inspections, Accidents, Waste, Visitors, Quantities, Job Notes, Phone Calls, and RFIs.
Can I disconnect Procore?
Yes — go to Admin → Company Settings → Disconnect Procore. Your logs will continue saving locally in Zevro.
Team Management
How do I add my foremen?
Go to Admin → Employee Shortcut Codes and generate a code for each foreman. Share their code with them — they'll enter it once during shortcut setup and it identifies them on every future log.
Can a foreman log for multiple projects?
Yes. They can say the project name in their voice command and Zevro will route it to the correct project. You can also set a default project per foreman from the Admin panel.
Account & Security
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Each foreman's shortcut token is unique and can be reset at any time. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
Go to /forgot-password and enter your email. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes.
