By creating an account or using Zevro ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Zevro provides voice-powered field logging software for construction professionals, including integration with third-party platforms such as Procore Technologies. The Service is provided on an "as is" basis and is subject to change at any time.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, including your password and shortcut token. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to submit false, misleading, or fraudulent field logs. You agree not to attempt to access other companies' data, reverse engineer the Service, or use automated scripts to abuse the platform. Each employee shortcut code and token is personal — sharing credentials is prohibited.
5. Data and Privacy
Field logs, manpower records, and other data you submit are stored securely and are only accessible to authorized users within your company. We do not sell your data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
6. Third-Party Integrations
Zevro integrates with third-party platforms including Procore Technologies and United Rentals. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of these third-party services. Your use of those integrations is also subject to their respective terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
Zevro is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, project delays, or incorrect Procore entries. Always verify critical data independently.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our discretion, with or without notice.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Last updated: March 2026.
