1. What We Collect
We collect information you provide when creating an account (name, email, company name), field log data you submit through voice or manual entry (worker counts, hours, notes, project IDs, dates), and basic usage data (login times, feature usage) to improve the Service.
2. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used to provide the Zevro service — storing and displaying field logs, generating dashboards and reports, and syncing with third-party integrations like Procore. We do not use your field data for advertising or sell it to third parties.
3. Data Storage and Security
All data is stored in an encrypted PostgreSQL database hosted on Render.com infrastructure in the United States. Access is restricted to authenticated users within your company. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and are never stored in plain text. Shortcut tokens are unique per user and can be reset at any time from your profile.
4. Third-Party Integrations
When you connect Zevro to Procore, your field log data is transmitted to Procore's API on your behalf. This data is governed by Procore's own privacy policy. We do not store Procore OAuth tokens beyond what is necessary to maintain the connection. You can disconnect Procore at any time from your Admin panel.
5. Data Retention
Field logs and company data are retained for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we will delete your data within 30 days upon written request.
6. Your Rights
You may request a copy of your data, request deletion of your account and data, or update your information at any time through the Admin panel or by contacting us. We will respond to requests within 30 days.
7. Cookies and Sessions
Zevro uses session cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics. You can clear cookies at any time through your browser settings.
8. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify active users of material changes via email. Last updated: March 2026.
